Complete mezzanine floors with offices, staircases and balustrades fabricated and installed by Edgar Fabrication.

Mezzanine floors are fabricated from structural steel components bolted and welded together by Edgar Fabrication. The stairs and balustrades are by Edgar Fabrication. Structural engineers are used at the design stage to ensure sufficient weight bearing capacity of the structure.

The office accommodation is installed by Edgar Fabrication, using pre-fabricated components for office walls. Sub-contractors are used for electrical work.

The examples are of office accommodation built above a workshop. Brick work is done in advance ready for Edgar Fabrication to commence with the mezzanine floor.
