Drawings or samples are often supplied, or we will design from scratch. Before design, the function of the machine must be clearly defined and how it must fit within an operational environment.

A process follows to design a machine to meet these requirements. Expert help may be sourced to find suitable components such as correctly sized motors, gearboxes, pneumatic & hydraulic rams etc for the design. The design will include components required for fitting and commissioning, such as pipe work, valves etc for services to run the machines.

Fabrication and assembly of the machine commences once drawings are approved and any issues have been ironed out. Sub-contractors are used for machining and sheet metal work.

Installation along with any ancillary equipment required is planned within any controlling project. The equipment is then commissioned.
